Return Policy for the United Kingdom

Policy Overview

Returns and exchanges of eligible items will be accepted at our sole discretion, provided they are in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, in the original packaging, and submitted within 30 days of delivery or pick-up from our warehouse, along with valid proof of purchase.

A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

30-Day Change of Mind Policy

Please note that we do not currently offer a 30-day "change of mind" return policy for international customers. This service is available only to customers in Canada and the United States at this time.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, including samples, demos, floor models, and items that have been used or damaged through normal wear and tear, are not eligible for return.
