Policy Overview
Returns and exchanges of eligible items will be accepted at our sole discretion, provided they are in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, in the original packaging, and submitted within 30 days of delivery or pick-up from our warehouse, along with valid proof of purchase.
A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, including samples, demos, floor models, and items that have been used or damaged through normal wear and tear, are not eligible for return.
Return Process
Contact us via the Contact page to start a return.
Returns must be completed by the original purchaser.
Include your order number in all communications.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued.
Clearly display the RMA number on all return shipment boxes.
Returned items are inspected:
If eligible: refunded to original payment method within 3–7 business days
Exceptional cases: store credit may be issued instead
If ineligible: explanation and photos provided; partial refunds possible
