Did you know that nearly 50% of the weight of freshly cut wood consists of water? At Transformer Table, all our timbers undergo a meticulous kiln-drying process to carefully reduce this moisture content, leaving just enough for proper acclimatization to the humidity in your home. This is why it's crucial for you to maintain the humidity levels in the areas where you have Transformer Table products.

As a general guideline, it's recommended to maintain humidity levels between 40% and 55% at all times. This advice also applies to any hardwood furniture you currently own or may purchase in the future. Please note: Avoid placing furniture directly adjacent to heating or air conditioning vents, as this can disrupt natural humidity levels, potentially leading to drying and splitting, which may alter the dimensions enough to affect the alignment of panels with the console.
