Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automatically generated tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time. When your order is approaching your area, our delivery partner will contact you to coordinate a delivery date and time window.

Exceptions: UK & Singapore

Tracking numbers are not issued. Instead, when your order is ready for dispatch, the local carrier will contact you directly to schedule your delivery appointment.
