Delivery Schedule & Availability

Deliveries are typically made during standard business hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Please note:

• Requesting a Specific Delivery Date: Unfortunately, you cannot request a specific delivery date for your order, as all orders are processed and shipped automatically.

• Requesting a Specific Delivery Time: You are unable to request a specific delivery time. Deliveries are scheduled within a specific time frame rather than at a precise appointment time.

Missed Delivery Appointment

If you miss your scheduled delivery, a delivery agent from Transformer Table will contact you and request that you reach out to the carrier to set up a new delivery window. Please be aware that missed or rescheduled deliveries will incur a storage fee of $153 per day.

• To avoid these charges, ensure your availability on the original delivery date, as fees will begin accruing at 7 AM the next business day if the delivery cannot be completed as planned.
